Objective

The Professional Validation Council of Hong Kong Industries (PVCHK) launched an industrial training scheme with the Vocational Training Council (VTC) in 2017 in order to deepen the knowledge of the industrial sector’s prospects and developments among the young people, encourage them to pursue a career in the sector, as well as nurture them to become the future industrial masters of Hong Kong.

The scheme is named after Founder & President of Biel Crystal (HK) Manufactory Ltd, famed industrialist Dr YEUNG Kin-man, who pledged a donation of HK$2 million to support it.
